Welcome to KANGAROOTICKETS online purchasing with the option of selling your tickets. The following are the terms of use of Kangaroo Tickets which will be referred to as the 'Site' hereon in. These terms will govern the use of the ‘site’ which you agree to by registering purchase and/or sell event tickets.

We reserve the right to alter these ‘Terms of Use’ at any given time whereby any and all revisions shall be posted and take affect immediately unless otherwise specified. Continued use of the ‘site’ confirms your agreement to these terms including revision and/or additions. We reserve the right to maintain anonymity pertaining to the source(s) of all event tickets listed on the ‘site’. Under no circumstance will KANGAROO TICKETS reveal or be required to reveal any information to potential or current customers or to a third party of any kind. Respectfully, these sources will remain private and confidential.

TICKET PURCHASE POLICY

As the purchaser, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy. Once an order is placed and finalized (i.e. event and quantity of tickets has been selected, by clicking 'submit' after all billing information has been inputted, the order is considered finalized) the sale is final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellation. Tickets will not be replaced if after purchasing, they are lost, stolen or destroyed. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the final sale policy is still in effect.

However, if an event is cancelled, the purchaser must request a refund within seven days of the cancellation and one will be processed less shipping and handling. If a refund is not requested within the seven day period, a credit will be applied towards a future purchase.

ONLINE PURCHASE

To purchase event tickets from the ‘site’, you must be a registered member or register at the time of purchase. Simply select the event, quantity of seats required, the correct date and venue. Once this has been chosen, log in to your account or register. In order to register, fill out the correct information pertaining to the credit card holder and click ‘submit’. Kangaroo Tickets will not be held responsible for the purchase of an incorrect event, number of tickets, venue or city. By submitting the information at the time of registration and creating an order, you agree to these terms and will be notified by email confirming your order ( ALL ONLINE CHARGES ARE IN U.S. FUNDS )

SELLING YOUR TICKETS ON THE SITE

KANGAROOTICKETS.COM also has a selling feature whereby you fill the seller form including all information regarding the tickets you would like to list for sale on the site. This feature allows potential customers to view your tickets while maintaining your privacy and anonymity. No information will be revealed about the seller to any customer or client. We reserve the right to confidentiality in this matter.

The seller is responsible for the accuracy of their listing. You will provide the appropriate event name and description, date, section, row and seat as well as the price you will be requesting for these tickets. Once your submission is received, there will be no corrections made to your entry by anyone at Kangaroo Tickets therefore; we are not liable for any errors made by the seller. The onus is on the seller to fulfill the order with the exact tickets listed. If the seller is unable to produce the exact tickets listed, Kangaroo Tickets will attempt to locate comparable seating to fulfill the order, however, a service charge will be applied to the seller. This fee will differ for each event as it will depend on the cost Kangaroo Tickets will incur to fulfill the order.

PRIVACY POLICY

KANGAROOTICKETS.COM has taken the necessary measures to protect the buyers and the sellers on this site. Part of these measures includes a security certificate Secure Sockets Layer Certificate 128-bit (SSL). Any information submitted on the site is for verification purposes. This information will not be released or shared and is strictly to be stored in log files only to be accessed by Kangaroo Tickets. Should you have any specific questions concerning the privacy of any information you provided, please use the 'contact us' and we will respond to your concerns in a timely manner. We have a secured ordering environment so you can order with confidence.
